What dew point levels do you still run in or not? Wanted to do a long run today but it's 22c (72f) dew point. Unbearably uncomfortable and actually close to dangerous. But runners in humid climates... How do you keep a proper schedule when it's this bad?

You don’t like running in a sauna?! Brutal today 😅 We just did a shorter run and stayed hydrated. Bonus points for running through the Georgetown fountains, which felt amazing.
