What part of the cycle are we in where people are making tokens on other people's behalf?

We've seen many social token platforms - but feels like its now bubbling out to people starting them organically.

To answer the question:

- Know what you're getting into and be prepared for the emotional strain if it goes well
- Be mindful not to create the liquidity pool yourself
- Never sell the tokens (obvious)
- 90 day airdrop claim window that reverts back to treasury
- Don't expect people to actually do governance

Not all tokens are created the same.

Was talking to a friend about this today - the vibe on launching a memecoin is super different from ventured backed startup with token warrants and cayman orgs and a $1B airdrop.

I would argue 90%+ of people who launch tokens don't even think twice before doing it these days.

What are the pitfalls people should avoid when launching tokens?

I’m sure there are tax or other considerations that people learned from a cycle or two ago.
