There are no shortcuts to building real community. No matter how much a token is worth or how much it pumps in one day - you need to constantly foster the core. Creating a space where people feel welcomed, recognized and accepted. All the best projects do this first, and their success comes second.

My main experience with this is in NFTs. The communities that were built organically are the ones still around today even when everything was going to zero.
