When your bank phones you, is unwilling to provide any identifying details to determine their legitimacy as a bank representative, and then asks that you provide your full name and date of birth to confirm your identity... I think there is a better way to do this!

Today I fixed a dead Thunderbolt controller, on an Intel Nuc, using a reset trick that involved sticking a screwdriver in the DC power input socket, to short it. Seriously! And it worked. 🤦‍♂️
