Everyday it goes well… the beauty of our marketing model, we focus our energy rhythmically 

Was short a crew member for a long weekend today, so skipped the carrots & scallions originally on the plan 

and did a bit of pre-harvesting yesterday.  

So all in ~4 labor hours for harvest & wash & farmstand stocking / restocking.
