Minimum Viable Living update… Caffeine. Didn’t drink coffee today, felt fine. Going to see how that works out for me this week. I enjoy the taste, but I don’t need the caffeine. Decaf is an option, but I also look at it like NA beer…what’s the point?

I was a super casual coffee drinker, i.e. I would grab a Frappuccino or something of that nature while I was out working. Buuuuuut, I took a job at a casino and every morning the waitresses would ask if I wanted coffee, and then it became habitual. Damn you casino!
