Can't really control when the voting time starts. It starts when the proposal is submitted. 69 hours seems like a good voting period. How long are you thinking for grace?

Grace period is the time after a proposal passes before it can be executed. It provides a window for people who may not agree with the proposal to rage quit. These are exit rights
