layers peione flat leaf parsley we sell a solid amount of herbs every day. four core offerings arebasil, cilantro, dill, and parsley, which all fit into annual production. chives, sage, summer savory, and thyme as culinary offerings… still haven’t worked in mint, rosemary, or tarragon for a variety of reasons. the core 4 we can sell 15-30+ bunches of each per day depending on traffic. drops off quite a bit on the others.

Finally have a nice set of transplants in the gh. It doesn’t typically survive over winter here, so still sussing if it should get fieldhouse space.
