right now, building in public mostly distracts early-stage teams unless you're willing to trade actual building time for loud attention‑seeking that probably isn't worth it

we need new ways for early (power) users to closely follow teams they're interested in and receive consistent insights as these teams build their product since this creates better product through active feedback, participation, and excitement

if you have no way for users to use your product daily besides trading coins, the main users will exist of traders, and not of people who actually care about the product(coins) being launched

exactly! so it comes with a certain amount pressure, requires you to be loud over other content, and takes a lot of time to produce/create content

with nfts this distinction was easier notice with public pfps and team quality but with coins that separation has just completely faded, so it's to the apps layer to make that difference visible depending to what kind of tokens they cater to

i think people will continue being unable to discern value vs non-value by themselves, if there isn't an obvious distinction between them at a surface level
