is the future of work creativity or productivity based? 

I've been having this debate in my head for months and it seems like we're building a future where any good can be rapidly commoditized, so it makes me wonder about what will truly be 'special' in the coming decades. 

Would love to hear other takes on this

There’s currently more productivity based work but I do agree that creativity will become more valuable over time.

I don’t think that the future will dismiss productivity based work but it might become more balanced or favors creativity.

I feel that! I think innovation happens in like stacked growth curves like below. Seems we are at the inflection point of the growth curve for productivity. I do wonder what the labor market actually looks like once we get to the start of that creativity curve (like is there UBI, lots of ‘human’ jobs etc)
