Internal Talent teams - question for some of you > why do you prefer to not to work with a hiring partner, until pipelines are stretched and the need becomes urgent?
> Hiring partners don’t charge until you place someone they present you, may as well utilise their network.
> Allows you to also get a deeper scope on the market, to make sure you are securing the very best person for that position (the best fit, is the best fit).
> Good hiring partners put a good rebate in place, to make sure you’re covered (strong, long-term relationships mean more than quick cash).
> Get someone promoting your business to the market.
(IMO, use a good company (@hirechain) and you’ll always know what talent is out there)
Just a genuine question, keen to hear some thoughts on this.
