here's why token holders should have a claim on fees generated rather than have it distributed as buybacks: 

users get the psychological affect of seeing a paycheck in their wallet every single day based on revenue being produced, rather than buybacks which can be invisible.

ideally users are earning more from revshare vs. +EV on claim. otherwise there's sybil attack opportunities. need to create incentive alignment between all stakeholders
