appreciation: 1. great night sleep because somehow it lowers my back pain as well 2. hanging out with old friends at birthday parties- the groups get bigger each year... it's interesting how someone can have multiple groups of close friends who don't know each other 3. oranges for .... their orange color, what are the odds?
