in other news: telegram was confirmed to work with russian intelligence agencies and openly sharing data with them by ANOTHER independent journalist agency telegram does NOT use e2ee, and even when it does (in secret chats that no one uses) it attaches unencrypted device id to every message tg is NOT secure
