Perhaps one of the most significant recent developments for the crypto ecosystem, though it may not have garnered much attention due to the lack of a reward. The payment giant of the fiat world, Stripe, has acquired @privy, the largest payment infrastructure provider in the digital world. Why does this matter? In my personal opinion, I believe that crypto payment infrastructure will soon fully take off, starting in regulated countries. Given the ongoing experiments and infrastructure work around stablecoins, I think this process will accelerate. This means more people will be able to adopt cryptocurrency. We’ll have to wait and see how the process unfolds. Good evening fam 🌙
