Over the last 6 weeks my bodyweight is up 14lbs. I’ve been focusing on eating as much as humanely possible and it’s working pretty well. My squat is up 50lbs, and basically all lifts have been increasing considerably. The diet right now is 3-4 meals per day .4lbs 85% lean ground beef + 1.5 cups of rice per meal. I also toss in tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, and mixed greens. 2 protein shakes. 1 in the AM, 1 at night. It’s around 225g of protein and about 3000 calories. In terms of supplements. 10g of creatine Zinc D3 L-theanine Ahswaghanda Tongkat Ali By far the strongest I’ve been.
