The only silver lining I see from this destruction is that this will be the final straw for some people. This image is potent and radicalizing. It's everything that current climate change movement produces in outcome and it's time to fork the movement.

wut. are there any recorded incidents of sabotage happening to a nuclear facility that lead to a meltdown or destruction? concern about sabotage applies to every part of the energy/military apparatus and there are plenty of ways to mitigate. France has 58 nuclear reactors.

it's also difficult and expensive to maintain for the risk you're taking.

Nuclear power has never been safer. The expense, in the US, is all due to backwards regulation that will hopefully be reworked soon. China and India are building plants at a fraction of the price. if you want to go down the rabbit hole I suggest Zion's blog. https://zionlights.substack.com/p/everything-i-believed-about-waste-was-wrong https://zionlights.substack.com/p/the-nuclear-renaissance-is-here can send more links or references if you're curious.
