Crochet

I always feel like I am cheating the curve when I use a hdc instead of a sc when crocheting.

They’re crochet stitches(I am about to yap) and they have varying degrees of compactness. 
Sc–single crochets : very compact, but hardly see through. 
Hdc–half double crochets : slightly less compact, but also slightly more see through
DC—double crochets : not compact, but bery see through. 

For stuff like bikinis and tops(and ‘full’ clothing), sc is advised because it hides the sensitive bits better, but I am using the hdc because I want to be done 🤏🏽 much faster.
