What’s the #1 thing that holds leaders back? I’d argue: poor self-awareness. The cost shows up in people: misalignment, turnover, disengagement. And in revenue: missed signals, slow decisions, lost trust. The higher you go, the harder it is to get honest feedback. This is the kind of thing that keeps me up at night, as a coach.
