So… what do you actually do as a coach?
All leaders have strengths and weaknesses.
But the biggest thing holding successful people back?
Lack of self-awareness.
And the most expensive consequence?
Bad communication.
It drains time, money, and energy—through misalignment, missed expectations, and unnecessary drama.
So what do I do?
I help leaders + teams communicate more effectively—with themselves and each other.
Here’s what that looks like:
- Clarifying values, so decisions align with what matters most
- Defining clear mission and vision, so teams know where they’re going
- Preparing for and debriefing high-stakes conversations
- Helping leaders approach negotiations with confidence, empathy, and direction
- Building accountability systems that support behavior change
- Facilitating learning and alignment at off-sites and strategic moments
- Coaching cofounders through hard conversations—or hard exits
- Using assessments (like Birkman) to unlock self-awareness and improve team dynamics
I typically meet with clients weekly or bi-weekly, for at least six months.
It’s an investment, to be sure—but it costs far less than the price of poor communication.
