A leadership exercise for the crypto crowd:
Imagine you're given 100 tokens.
Massive ROI—but only if spent on what matters most to you.
Unused tokens disappear.
If you don't have a set of core values yet, take five minutes and answer this:
What will matter to me in 20 years?
For most, it’s a short, specific list.
Step 1: Allocate based on values.
Family (50%), Purpose (30%), Craft (15%), Movement (5%)
Step 2: Define the spend.
Family → dinners, road trips, showing up
Purpose → building something that outlives you
Craft → taking pride in details
Movement → a walk, a lift, a life that doesn’t sit still
This is the foundation of values-based leadership, in three steps:
1. Clarify what matters most
2. Define it through specific behaviors
3. Work toward greater alignment over time
