Greetings from Madrid, my friends.
If you want to optimize your life, don’t start with goals.
Start with alignment—between what you say matters and what you actually do.
Try this simple exercise:
Pick one value. Define it with a clear, observable behavior.
(Movement = walk 30 minutes.)
Track it for 10 days.
Hit 6 out of 10? That’s not failure—it’s feedback.
And feedback is how we grow.
Here’s the truth: Most people can’t keep this up for two weeks.
Not because it’s hard—because it’s honest.
I don’t believe optimization is a finish line.
It’s a practice. A process.
Maybe 60% was your best that week. Maybe it wasn’t. But at least now you know.
And what you know, you can change.
It's a great day to be coachable.
