How many athleisure brands is too many? Even with Viori raising over 800+ million and a 5+ billion dollar valuation, is the company gearing up for a liquidity event? Maybe an IPO in the near future? https://puck.news/vuori-is-popular-but-will-it-go-public/?utm_campaign=Line+Sheet+-+ABTestCopy+-+LEADS+%287%2F1%2F25%29&utm_content=Line+Sheet+-+ABTestCopyVariant_Short+-+LEADS+%286%2F27%2F25%29&utm_medium=email_action&utm_source=customer.io&utm_term=f6c6060e860fa7e019 This then begs the question of how much ahtleisure should "actually" cost? With so many different brands, the main difference between them all is brand name (imo). Lululemon filing a lawsuit against Costco for selling "dupe" version of products seems quite bearish, and even a little childish. https://abcnews.go.com/Business/wireStory/lululemon-files-lawsuit-costco-claims-company-selling-dupes-123369369 Don't get me wrong, I have and will continue to be a brand loyalist to Lululemon, but doesn't mean i'm happy paying the prices.
