love this idea, just makes sense. crowd-source funds prob pools enough for initial runway. or grant money thats basically dusty in the collective's coffers.
business funded should definitely be the goal though, i love this approach. businesses/projects are starting to plant seeds rn.
this media project seems more like a precursor to being business funded as folks need time to create sustainable ventures that can move the needle here. or further, they're looking for confidence that they'll be supported if they take a leap, which media can offer
