He referred to yesterday's announcement on the first China-US trade talks, held under leaders' strategic guidance.  
Both sides agreed on principles to implement June 5 call consensus and Geneva talks outcomes, making new progress.  
Lin stressed China keeps its promises and expects the US to jointly follow through on leaders' consensus.  
The trade mechanism should bo
