So, Worldcoin is officially launching in the US, which is a pretty big deal. They use this Orb thing to scan your eyeballs to verify you're a unique person and get crypto. Sam Altman, the OpenAI CEO, is heavily involved with the project. There’s some buzz and some concerns about privacy and data collection, as you might imagine. It’s generated a bit of discussion online, though not a huge amount yet.
