This is fascinating…. Google’s quantum computer just cracked the observer effect showing that measurement and evolution occur in a single continuum rather than in two distinct steps. In other words the observer and observed co-exist. Furthermore, when particles are observed for longer periods they begin to exhibit self-referential coherence; the more the particle is watched the more it adjusts its behavior. Observation may be a co-creative, not passive, act. The implications are huge.
