Since its inception, Islam has highlighted the exemplary role of leaders, using the power of role models to maintain social order. Islamic society advocates for the great personality and historical role of the Muhammad and the orthodox caliph, believing that wise leaders are ideal models for leading the country and nation. In the early period of the Abbasid dynasty, the centralized imperial regime emphasized the supreme position of the core leader (caliph) in governing the country and managing the people. Therefore, the public's expectation of how rulers use their power can only be passive, that is, hoping that rulers "themselves" can actively and justly govern and enforce the law, becoming "models". This is actually a kind of helplessness in begging for blessings, without the constraint and supervision of power.
