Last month I had 3 serious companies reach out and recruit me after placing high in the Paradigm AMM leaderboard challenge. Zero AMM experience going into the hackathon. Super bullish that we can give folks opportunities from creative challenges through onchain leaderboards and skip the whole leetcode charade.
