What happens if you run an Ethereum validator in Iran but they’ve closed off their Internet to the rest of the internet? Stakers wouldn’t get slashed.
I assume their local chain would be orphaned and reorged away. The global chain wins by fork choice rule, LMD-GHOST + Casper FFG, right?
