this is the focus friend app I mentioned in our last episode for not diddling on the phone 

I like it a lot and it works better for me than those grow a tree app bc the lil bean guy (for me I did pay for the “John bean” skin 🙈) is busy knitting 🧶 during the focus session so I feel bad if I interrupt his work

sooooo yeah it’s a pomodoro / focus app that works best for people pleaser types 🙃

Cool! I was researching and realized the best way to improve your focus is to spend more time fully focused on a task. Will this help me achieve that? Can I download it from Google Play?
