and at the risk of TMI: wondering about PT skills I guess… have only had two sessions so a complete noOb: second session had to ask her to stop storytelling and waving her hand around while she was doing the direct manipulation stuff (combo of massage and stretch torture). also the “casting“ seems suboptimal, after a neat paraffin bath around a cotton sheat, the wrapping with stretchy tape that gets heated, then cools quite firm… her minicasts so far have all seemed off, like this week’s is ... dunno, feels like a starter set on setting expectations for PT in general and how fingers are tricky in particular would in fact have been helpful two weeks ago instead of winging it like I have been 🪽

the rest were even worst 😭 that’s been my struggle with providing any prompt at all—they all lead to problematic assumptions (hence I’m providing the reframe membership community to address them!)

what are you concerned about for your PT? is it more of a habit tracking, recovery tracking…?

for your prompt experiment, you went right for a situation where confabulations could be life threatening :}

alternate idea: am currently getting the first PT of my life for a broken pinky… wanna make a trial LLM prompt for that? couldn’t be lower stakes!

DNS issues! 😱 (the horror)

DNS is one of those things that one generally mucks with rarely enough that every single time it's a groundhog-day mental blank on how it works.  Good luck with that.  Doesn't help that it then takes some indeterminate amount of time to propagate the changes around.  Oh, problems like these!
