How has it taken me this many decades to realise how good steamed salmon is? (Taste a lot better than it looks)

have not tried to steam courgette yet. but did steam pumpkin before. also found a korean recipe for steamed eggplant. sooooo good.

What! No crispy skin? Salt it roll in flour fry to nice colour boom... Steamed is great tho on the healthier side

The best salmon I had was steamed and it had a creamy sauce with caviar in it 
Ate it with salad and beer
