I'd value your thoughts. The advice is to build fast, iterate, test, pivot. But I know that will cause me stress and impact my wellbeing (I'm building on the side with other bigger prioriteis). So I am building slow (mainly through vibecoding loops that make a mess), solid (cleaning up the mess to avoid future issue), interesting (to me), I have no intention of pivoting even if I only have 3 users, because one of them is me, and I'm sure there is something profound and interesting in what I am building towards (a clients that is designed on the basis of the wellbeing science). That said, I'm aware there is a moment of opportunity, and I would love to be at a place with a few hundred paid users in time. Therein lies my tension. How much to refine before I put something out there?
