Let’s talk about burnout — because it doesn’t always look like collapse. Sometimes, it looks like scrolling for hours because your brain’s too foggy to focus. I always go through this one. Or getting irrationally annoyed by small things. Or waking up tired even after 8 hours of sleep. Burnout sneaks in quietly, and if you ignore it, it settles in loud. Here’s your sign to check in with yourself: Are you breathing deeply? Drinking water? Saying “no” when needed? Taking breaks when needed? You’re not a robot. You’re a human. Treat yourself like one. It's the weekend today. How did you spend your weekend? Did you get some rest?
