'round these parts we have 'Moose Tracks' which is vanilla ice cream, peanut butter cups, and a peanut butter + fudge swirl.

if that's not available, I'll go with a classic pistachio.

I love Moose Tracks, it’s so yummy!! Can’t go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter. 

Pistachio is also one of my fave flavors!!

i had a pistachio gelato nearly every day when we were in italy -- little spot below our apartment that I'd stop at on my way home from the beach or after supper.
