these past few days i've been building a custom design system package for /uno that will work both in our react web and swift mobile repos. the initial build contains: > color tokens > typography tokens > layout tokens > custom icon pack with variant support this will help us maintain design consistency across platforms and allow for quick, easy changes to the design system itself as we continue to explore and solidify the uno visual identity. faster time to iterate = greater quality achieved. deciding to step away from react native and build natively on each platform has meant we've had to build a lot of custom libraries ourselves, but we see the benefit of this decision in so many other ways

Scathing look back on the Vision Pro in the WSJ https://www.wsj.com/tech/they-paid-3-500-for-apples-vision-pro-a-year-later-it-still-hurts-496de341 Unlike AI or crypto usage, which you can hide, it’s obvious when you are using the Vision Pro, and a lot of users in this piece report shaming and bullying “colleagues either made fun of him, told him he looked creepy or asked him to take it off. “The best compliment I got was a light chuckle and, ‘It looks like you’re wearing ski goggles at work.’ ”

Regulations, fines... these will never affect the big companies (think OpenAI, Google, etc.), but destroying the monopoly behind them will This is something that I've been reflecting on lately, as I was thinking about ways to bring AI into the power of people

What I think makes Lens unique is that it offers a set of incredibly powerful primitives (accounts, graphs, storage, payment rails) out of the gate.
