I’ll start.

1. Not searching, but mostly networking, occasional apply and message directly.
2. Twitter jobs board, company websites
3. Referrals, occasional cold application with a follow up DM or connection request.

Funny enough the stuff I’ve cold applied for I’ve only ever taken once - even if I made it to the end and received an offer.

Out of what I’ve accepted is split pretty evenly between direct (sometimes referred by people I know) and recruiters reaching out to me.

These are all design roles FWIW.

Of the jobs you’ve taken- did they come from the 90% from source (referral/direct connection?) or were they mostly from the interviews gotten from cold apps? 

Could include all “professional” roles or odd jobs, restaurant, retail, high school etc

Not searching. 90% of stuff comes to me direct from source or via recruiters on the cursed LinkedIn. Targeted applications most of the time, but in the past I rage applied to tons and still got interviews lol.

I’d hop on a call and do 15 minutes straight - did it for @what recently.

What crypto job boards do you like? Personally, I think LI is too noisy but X does a good job filtering 3rd parties and reduces a lot of the fluff. 

lol if you’re willing - one high level rant or biggest frustration?

1. LinkedIn, Web3 job Boards, Network
2. Company Websites or socials + the above 
3. Apply with targeted applications. Friends or DMs, if possible. 

Cold DM and a referral. 

Crypto is so fucked with job apps I can rant for hours on this.

1. Indeed and LinkedIn mostly. 
2. Anywhere/Google search. 
3. A mix of everything.
4. CareerBuilder listing.
