If you're job hunting, I'm curious- How are you conducting your search? Where do you look for open roles? How do you apply for jobs (en-masse apply, targeted applications, referrals from friends, linkedin messages)? then... How did you land your last job(s)? Did you take the same approach?

I’ll start. 1. Not searching, but mostly networking, occasional apply and message directly. 2. Twitter jobs board, company websites 3. Referrals, occasional cold application with a follow up DM or connection request. Previous approaches- 8 in network 3 cold apply 2 from recruiters reaching out

Not searching. 90% of stuff comes to me direct from source or via recruiters on the cursed LinkedIn. Targeted applications most of the time, but in the past I rage applied to tons and still got interviews lol.

1. LinkedIn, Web3 job Boards, Network 2. Company Websites or socials + the above 3. Apply with targeted applications. Friends or DMs, if possible. Cold DM and a referral. Crypto is so fucked with job apps I can rant for hours on this.
