Here's the PhD dissertations of Iran's Secretary for National Security Council. This example is philosophy, but 93% of PhDs are in engineering and science. Anyone who spent 1 day in Iran would know how much they care about science and math. But no they must be religious zealots who never change how they approach religion, that's what my newspapers told me. Let's bomb their water plants.
