i immediately leaned top actually. even tho intellectually i want to prefer the bottom. this may have to do with how clean the number $1,000 looks. might do well for an AB with figures that aren't as tudy :)

fr tho again my heart prefers the top and my brain prefers the bottom.. but with this framing ya brain should prob win. esp with high volatile tokens, i feel like i should be learning the actual asset im receiving first and foremost.

ok thanks for batting it around... fwiw I started out with the top and then as I messed around with less-standard tokens moved towards bottom. sounds like we had a similar thought path 😅

q is what do you do with USDC. is it like "you received 1000 USDC ($999.98)" ?

ya writing that one out makes me vote bottom even more

was planning to hide the USD value if it's a dollar-denominated stable coin. breaks the paradigm a bit but I don't need to see 1000 twice lol.
