Instructions: 1. Prepare the Fura Dough: - Mix millet flour with ginger, cloves, and black pepper in a bowl. - Gradually add water and knead into a firm, smooth dough (like bread dough). 2. Shape & Cook the Fura Balls: - Divide dough into small balls (golf ball size). - Boil water in a pot, then gently drop in the balls. - Cook for **10-15 mins** until they float. Remove and let cool slightly. 3. Blend with Milk: - In a blender, combine cooked fura balls, milk, and sugar/honey. - Blend until smooth (add water if too thick). 4. Serve Chilled: - Strain (optional) for a smoother texture. - Pour into cups, add ice, and enjoy!
