Farcaster is a special place. I didn't expect people to reach out and check on me. Here is the thing: Yes I left a bunch of groupchats lately.

During my week offline, I just felt better, healthier, more focused, less stressed. I'm working towards being less Terminally Online and less distracted by notifications.

You'd be surprised how many noticed and didn't reach out as well

Until the signal the noise to ratio gets better across the board I think there’s often an inverse correlation between being here and productivity
