2 things:

1. Have you tried the Supabase MCP? It’s great. Claude can even set it up itself.

2. I hit the limit in 15m on the $20 plan. In 4 hours on the $100 plan and practically never on the $200.

I once hit the limit on the Max plan by building two apps at once all day.
