O P T I M I S M 🔴✨

We just finished supporting the Badgeholder Review Phase of OP Retro Funding 4, a small role in an epic grants program. 

What people don't often see is the tremendous amount of work that goes into these programs. You may disagree with some of the decisions but rest assure there are a group of sophisticated and passionate people at Optimism, working around the clock to administer these grants, analyze the results and make changes to improve the program, even when it goes against the popular decisions. 

I'm proud of the work we did, impressed with the OP team and grateful to be amongst the Badgeholders who also worked tireless to review each proposal.

You do amazing work and at GM and the Giveth Galaxy we're all grateful.
