Base has completely stopped working with my wallet. I can't mint. I can't send funds. I do seem to be receiving funds. It is as if I have a pending transaction but I can't find one. If I don't see one in my wallet is there another way to see if I have a pending transaction?

weird indeed. which wallet are you using and did you possibly change the default rpc?
