I've been looking into how adjusting my diet can lead to a more balanced intake of nutrients. It's all about mixing things up and ensuring I get a bit of everything. So, I'm thinking of incorporating a wider variety of vegetables and fruits, aiming for different colors to cover various vitamins and minerals. Also, switching to whole grains instead of refined ones seems like a smart move for getting more fiber and B vitamins. For proteins, I plan to balance out plant-based sources with lean meats and fish, not forgetting legumes and nuts. And, of course, keeping an eye on the types of fats, preferring those from olive oil, avocados, and nuts over saturated ones. Hydration is key too, so I'll make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
