In space, Venus flanks Earth on the left, with a hellfire greenhouse effect. Mars on the right, which long ago had running water. Today, it's bone dry. Something bad happened on each planet. Seems like the wrong time to limit the Nation’s capacity to conduct climate research.

One thing to me is clear, the earths climates changes, it will regardless of what we do for better or worse. But in the eighties it was being said our climate was getting colder. The 90's it was al gore saying FL would be underwater by the 2010's. Did not happen. Scientists need
