I've previously thought of farcaster as a social network that allows for client diversity but where the clients all foundationally have a similar goal - primarily providing a social media product. But now I'm starting to think of farcaster more as a social layer that will flow through all kinds of different use cases. Those use cases might not have previously been social experiences - like using a wallet - but now it is easy to make them so. So when I go on Rainbow I see what is trending on farcaster or when I go on Paragraph I see what farcaster thinks about whatever I am reading. Maybe in the future when I do anything on the internet it will have farcaster's view on it integrated. It's the social aspect of everything rather than walled-garden social media.
