I decided to try making sourdough bread today—I've seen so many people rave about it during lockdowns. The result? Not bad! It’s strange how a long fermentation process can remind me of staking tokens—slow, patient, but rewarding in the end.

I made a pretty decent lasagna today, and while it was baking, I couldn’t stop thinking about how blockchain could improve the supply chain for ingredients. It’s crazy how much transparency could improve food sourcing, especially with all the fake organic labels out there.
