I fixed this btw. I realized that if WAL was underperforming and stuck at range lows, then it made sense to begin selling spot bags and replace spot value with notional value on a 10X long. Leverage is a tool that should, ideally, give u flexibility and reduce risk. There’s no risk of getting liq’d because you can always throw more collateral at it if price goes down. You can do this indefinitely pretty much, unless it literally goes to zero. Which it won’t. At the end of the day, you are cashed out and partly redeployed but still have the same upside of the original position. I would’ve preferred it if the price didn’t pump at last a couple days after I started doing this, but I mean. It’ll still work. It’s just a little more annoying, because of course it is, this game always is.
